Sean Languedoc

Worth knowing

Sean has seen how mandates (like AI deployment) rarely survive contact with the org chart - especially 2 levels down. To fix this, with an ex-Googler, he built a Decision Architecture engine. Without any surveys or access to company data, It profiles how each person in an organization thinks and decides. 7 Fortune 50 companies already work with it. It shows who will lead change, who will block and who will follow. It draws on 15 years of profiles covering 410 million professionals, Two common uses: 1. Pick the right people to lead an AI deployment. 2. Find the most likely champions inside a target enterprise for account-based sales.

Story

Sean has run companies across media, software and social promotion, leading Ad2Media, Payload Technologies and Strutta.com Media, and spent six years as VP Business Development at Ayus Technology Corporation. Along the way he sold sponsorships for Vancouver's winning bid for the 2010 Winter Olympics and later served as Entrepreneur in Residence at the Werklund Family Office. In 2021 he started Global Talent Accelerator, renamed Outforce.ai a year later, to solve a problem he had lived through: finding engineering partners a venture-backed company can trust. He is now building AI4EBITDA, and in 2024 he joined the board of the Trans Canada Trail Foundation.

In Sean's words

BIG Canada fan. C100 etc. Built 4 tech companies, in Canada and the US. I found a way to identify who will lead, who will block and who will follow in any organization, at any level, without a survey or access to data. Once you know that, change moves faster than the org chart allows.
