David has spent a decade at the intersection of technology and social commerce, building software that lean marketing teams use to run influencer programs at scale, from contract automation to creator workflow. He has taken a product from a kitchen-table idea to a growth round with a US private equity firm.
Story
David studied at BCIT and worked in Vancouver payments at Payfirma, where he was Director of Partnerships. He and CTO Chris Noble then built Penny AI to solve a problem close to home: his wife Terri Lynn ran a direct social sales business and needed better tools. That tool became a company, with micro-learning onboarding for social sellers and a stage at the DSA Vision sales and marketing conference. Today the company operates as Endlss, still in Vancouver, aimed at influencer marketing for growing brands. Its flagship Endlss Copilot launched in May 2025, followed by an Agreements feature that automates influencer contract management. Early customers include DTC headwear brand No Rivals.
