Story
Rory studied at Ivey in London, Ontario, then spent the next two decades inside the Canadian operations of the largest technology companies in the world. He joined Google Canada as head of partnerships in 2011, and in 2016 took over Twitter Canada, running the business and sitting on Twitter's global leadership team. From there he moved to Pelmorex, operator of The Weather Network and MétéoMédia, as VP of Partnerships, then went independent in 2020, advising Canadian venture-backed and SaaS companies through his own practice and as an advisor to District M. He now works from Victoria as COO of Redbrick, leading the M&A function and working alongside the CEOs of its portfolio companies.
