Story
Chand's first career was as a naval officer, and the discipline of running risk carried into the trading floor: he made markets in foreign exchange options for banks across three continents before moving to fundamental, distressed and special situations investing. He now runs Sextant AI in New York, a startup bringing risk management techniques used in financial markets to the real economy operations of global supply chains.
