Vineet Mehra is Chief Growth and Marketing Officer at Chime - named one of Forbes' World's Most Influential CMOs and one of Business Insider's Most Innovative CMOs in 2026. At Chime he leads brand, performance marketing and growth across the member lifecycle, a run that took the company public in 2025, past $2.2 billion in revenue, and to TIME's top banking brand. He is known for building brands that create categories rather than compete inside them: AncestryDNA brought consumer genomics into the mainstream, and at Walgreens Boots Alliance he led the $100B company's marketing and customer digitization through COVID-19. He grew up in Oshawa, Ontario, studied business at Wilfrid Laurier University, and started in consumer brand management at Procter & Gamble, General Mills, Novartis Consumer Health and Avon. At Johnson & Johnson he became Global President of the Baby Care Division. He moved to the Bay Area in 2017 as chief marketing and growth officer at Ancestry, then spent time at Walgreens Boots Alliance and Good Eggs before joining Chime. He sits on the board of Lovesac (Nasdaq: LOVE) and the boards of MMA Global and the Effie Lions Foundation, chaired Effie Worldwide for three years, and advises Spotify.
