Story
Vasant started in investment banking, then moved to Lyra Growth Partners, a Vancouver growth equity fund and family office, where he worked on portfolio company strategy, modeling, operations and finance. In 2016 he set up his own practice, and he has kept writing alongside the client work, publishing commercial real estate strategy pieces for Real Estate News Exchange on REITs and industrial property clustering. He also founded Pelion, a SaaS platform that tracks REIT and private real estate fund holdings for investors.
