Story

Tribhuwan trained as an engineer at HBTI and spent his early career in consulting before starting something of his own. In 2019 he co-founded Rawmind Analytics in Gurgaon with Amrik Singh and Atul Verma, selling business intelligence, analytics and data work. The company lasted barely a year on its own. USEReady acquired it the following year, and all three founders joined the buyer. Tribhuwan is now in Toronto, leading analytics at Masco Canada.

I’m a data and analytics leader with 18+ years of experience spanning engineering, consulting, entrepreneurship, and enterprise analytics leadership. A defining chapter of my journey was co-founding Rawmind Analytics, scaling the business globally, and ultimately becoming part of USEReady. Today, I lead analytics initiatives at Masco Canada, focused on building trusted data foundations, modernizing analytics, and enabling AI-driven decision-making. What motivates me most is solving meaningful business problems, building strong teams, and turning data and technology into measurable impact.
