Story
Susy trained in business at Ivey at Western, then spent years inside global companies, 3M, General Electric, Allianz Partners and Manulife, where she ran global HR operations. That work took her across North America, Europe, South America and Asia, and she leads in English, Spanish, Portuguese and French. She returned to Canadian tech as the people leader at ApplyBoard in Kitchener, then at Clearco in Toronto. She now runs Advise2Rise from Kitchener, taking on HR projects and leadership coaching in the innovation sector, including partnerships with incubators such as Spark Centre.
