Story
Leonardo spent his early career in agricultural research in Colombia, rising to a director-level technology role at AGROSAVIA, the country's national agricultural research corporation, and advising its executive director. In September 2019 he left to start Telica Microbials in Kitchener, where the company develops biological plant protection products and pitches itself as a global authority in the field. He studied at the University of Toronto, and works with Intellectual Property Ontario on the IP side of the business.
