I help founders and operators see themselves more clearly: recognize their strengths, understand what’s holding them back, and find the people and perspective that help them move forward. My purpose is to help people see what they’re capable of, and help them see that in each other. For more than a decade, I’ve brought that purpose to my work as a coach, advisor and connector, drawing on my own experience building companies.

Story

I began in business development at DoubleClick, MSN and Yahoo in North America. In 2008, I co-founded Jigsee and moved to Mumbai to build a mobile video company for people using feature phones across India and Southeast Asia. We raised funding from Sequoia, Indian Angel Network and Orios, and later sold the company’s assets to Vuclip. That experience is part of what I bring to working with other founders. I’ve been responsible for building a company, navigating an unfamiliar market and making decisions without a clear path ahead. For more than a decade since, I’ve worked with founders and operators through Techstars, MaRS, C100 and individual coaching and advisory relationships. Across those settings, the work I’ve found most meaningful has been personal: helping someone recognize a strength they’ve overlooked, work through what’s holding them back, or connect with someone who opens up a new possibility. Today, I’m building Flint, which uses AI to help small contractors and trades businesses coordinate their work, and Constellation, a public directory helping Canadians and friends of Canada find one another, at home and around the world.
