Philippe Frappier

Story

Philippe studied at Bishop’s University and has built a career spanning more than 20 years in executive search, talent acquisition and technology advisory. He spent 11 years as a Partner at Searchlight Executive Search and served as Vice President at IQ PARTNERS, building deep relationships across Toronto’s business community. Today, he leads Frappier & Partners, advising founders, CEOs and entrepreneurs on leadership, talent and technology challenges. Philippe also serves on the Board of Directors of Intermap Technologies, where he chairs the Compensation Committee.

Canadian story

I grew up in Montreal and moved to Toronto in 1986. I’m fluently bilingual and have spent much of my career working with founders and entrepreneurs, helping them solve business challenges, particularly around talent, leadership and technology.
