Story

Mark started out as a technical consultant at OME Group Consultants in Montréal, moved into business development there, then spent a stint at EY advising small and mid-sized tech companies on SR&ED and business tax incentives. He joined Montréal International in 2018 to build business development on the West Coast of the Americas and in Latin America, widened that remit to Asia-Pacific in 2020, and took over the foreign investment portfolio in 2025. He studied at Concordia twice over, and alongside the day job he advises startups through Holt Accelerator and speaks regularly on what makes Montréal's AI sector worth an investor's attention.
