Chris is the co-founder President & CEO of Inovia Capital a Venture Capital firm launched in 2007 with now over US$2.5 billion dollars under management. Chris currently serves as a director on the boards of AppDirect Groupe Dynamite Super.com and Talent.com.

Work and impact

Arsenault co-founded Inovia Capital in 2007 and helped shape the firm's culture, platform and growth funds; Inovia now manages over US$2.2B from offices in Montreal, Toronto, Calgary, San Francisco and London. He has backed and supported companies including AppDirect, Lightspeed Commerce, Luxury Retreats, Poka, Super.com and Talent.com, with notable exits such as Lightspeed's 2019 IPO and the sales of Luxury Retreats to Airbnb, Well.ca to McKesson and Poka to IFS. Before Inovia he joined MSBi Capital in 2002 and had founded, co-founded or funded several software, mobile and consumer internet startups, including Airborne Entertainment and SIT Inc. He currently sits on boards including AppDirect, Super.com, Talent.com and Groupe Dynamite, and is active in community work with the Montreal Heart Institute Foundation and the CHU Sainte-Justine Foundation Campaign Cabinet.
