Krystle Drover

Director, Major Projects Advisory · KPMG UK

London, United Kingdom

Krystle Drover is a Canadian P.Eng with two decades in engineering who now advises owners of major projects, from London, on why delivery goes wrong and how to fix it.

Worth knowing

She works with public and private organisations around the world on the unglamorous core of project delivery: getting governance, data and systems to match how work actually happens on the ground. Having practised as an engineer before advising, she can speak to both the boardroom and the site. Worth a call if you are delivering infrastructure or renewables at scale and delivery is slipping.

Story

Krystle trained and practised as an engineer in Canada, building roughly twenty years of experience across a range of industries before moving into advisory work. She studied at Stanford University's School of Engineering and is now based in London with KPMG UK's Major Projects Advisory team, where she advises clients on the inhibitors to successful project delivery, a subject she took up publicly as a guest on The Building Podcast with Mark Wakeford.
