Story
Gillian started out in her family's executive recruitment business in Montreal, a firm that recruited three of Canada's astronauts, and took over running it alongside her mother in 2009. London came next. She became Leadership Director at ustwo's Shoreditch product studio, responsible for self-leadership and autonomy in a company with no managers, then served as right hand to WeTransfer founder and CEO Nalden on organizational scaling. Since 2017 she has run OverTime Leader, advising companies including TaskRabbit and AI-driven medtech and robotics startups, teaching leadership at General Assembly and hosting The OverTime Leader Podcast.
