Kevin started Humi in Toronto in 2016 as an all-in-one HR, payroll and benefits platform for Canadian companies, and served as its CEO through five funding rounds backed by Y Combinator, Decheng Capital and Kensington Capital Partners. The acquisition closed in January 2025. Kevin stayed on rather than stepping away, and spoke for the company when it passed A$300M in annual recurring revenue. He remains in Toronto, where Humi was built.
