Jocelyne has run the unglamorous side of clean energy: plant floors, supply chains and the integration work that follows an acquisition, having taken a small Canadian solar inspection company through its sale and then up through the acquirer to the senior leadership team. She knows how consultants and boards decide, and how hardware actually gets built and shipped.

Story

Jocelyne began in front-line plant and operations management at Maple Leaf Foods and PepsiCo, optimizing supply chains before moving to Bain & Company in 2016, where she spent six years advising executive teams on their hardest strategic calls. In 2022 she joined Heliolytics, the solar aerial inspection company, as Director of Strategy and Operations, and was running it as General Manager by 2023, shortly before Zeitview acquired the business and became the market leader in solar aerial inspections. She stayed through the integration and rose to Senior Vice President, Strategy and Operations, leaving in May 2026. From Toronto, she now leads Next Hydrogen, founded in 2007 and building electrolyzers for the clean hydrogen market.
