Chris is based in Montréal, where he has built his career at the intersection of international trade, logistics, technology and Canadian economic competitiveness. More than 25 years of working across global markets shaped his focus on a persistent Canadian challenge: helping smaller firms move from having access to trade agreements to being able to execute confidently in complex international markets. That experience now informs his work with TransPacific Trade Nexus, a Canada-first sovereign digital trade infrastructure initiative focused on interoperability, standards, compliance and export diversification. His work remains grounded in Montréal and in the broader objective of strengthening Canada’s capacity to trade on its own terms while remaining connected to global markets.
