I specialize in talent strategy from pre-seed through Series B from designing interview processes to making high-leverage introductions that accelerate growth. I’ve helped place founding engineers first marketers heads of product and operators who’ve gone on to transform companies. With a decade at the intersection of startups talent and venture I’m driven by a simple belief: great people build great companies. Before Golden I built and scaled talent programs at top VC-backed startups and advised as an independent talent partner—earning a reputation for knowing what it takes to build early teams that endure.
