Story

Lawrence took a B.A. in finance and economics at Western and a law degree at Osgoode Hall before starting out as an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York and London. He moved west in 2006 to join the M&A and private equity practices at Wilson Sonsini in San Francisco, then joined Goodwin in 2012 to expand its technology companies and M&A practices in Silicon Valley. He is now a senior advisor at the firm, where he also works with its fintech and Israel practice groups and advises Lytical Ventures.
