Story
Siera earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Canada and began in corporate sales at Johnson & Johnson, then moved to Australia as a sales leader for Elsevier. London came next, where she shifted into product management and commercial strategy, took on healthcare and consumer sector work at Alva, and completed Imperial College's Weekend MBA alongside the job. With Clara Ali Ghalib she started GirlYouNeedToKnowThis to improve female health literacy at work, and the two now co-host a podcast on the subject. That work became a business: Work Health Experts, which joins the UK group risk trade body GRiD in 2026.
