Morley has taken four companies from early stage to acquisition, by Sun Life, Vivid Seats and CookUnity among them, and he knows how a Canadian marketplace gets built in Toronto and sold to a US buyer. He has raised from Foxconn and Amazon, opened a New York office from scratch, and signed up food entrepreneurs in 40 states.
Story
An Ivey graduate, Morley started out on the strategy side of loyalty and rewards at Points.com before moving into operating roles: chief revenue officer at RecycleBank, then president of Maxwell Health, and in 2013 the president and COO who opened FanXchange's New York office. He spent five years running Venn, a cybersecurity SaaS company serving financial services. In 2022 he co-founded Cookin in Toronto with Michael Baruch, building software that let food entrepreneurs across North America launch and grow online food businesses out of their own kitchens. CookUnity acquired it, and Morley stayed in Toronto to lead global strategic partnerships for a company that delivered more than 43 million meals in 2025.
