Jessie is from Montreal and built her HR career in Europe, joining Doodle in 2018 and taking over people operations as the company's workforce spread across countries. In 2021 she stepped up to the executive team as Chief People & Culture Officer, owning people and culture strategy for a company headquartered in Zurich while she works from Berlin. She is a regular voice on HR podcasts, arguing the case for flexible and remote work and for how the people operations role itself has changed.
